The reality is that the jobs here at AltSol are challenging and not for everyone. It's not that you lack the talent. To be honest anyone can grow weed, but to do what we do takes drive. The hours are long and the work is tedious. It's a commercial grow and you will be fundamental in keeping it incredibly clean.
